CueMatrix uses the information you provide when requesting design, branding or marketing services to understand your requirements and respond to your enquiry. This includes enquiries about services provided by Danish Maqsood through CueMatrix.
Information you provide
Our enquiry forms may ask for your name, email address, phone number, city, company or store name, business website or social-media link, required services, estimated project budget and delivery deadline. Please provide only information relevant to your business enquiry.
How we use your information
We use your details to review your brief, contact you about your enquiry, discuss availability and delivery timelines, prepare a proposal or quotation, and maintain records of our communications. If you become a client, we may also use relevant information to manage and deliver your project.
Meta lead forms
If you submit an enquiry through a Facebook or Instagram lead form, Meta makes the submitted details available to CueMatrix. Meta also processes information under its own Privacy Policy. Where you separately choose to start a conversation through Messenger, Instagram or WhatsApp, that service also processes the conversation under its applicable terms and privacy policy.
Optional website analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) only if you choose “Accept analytics” in our website notice. GA4 helps us understand page visits and how visitors use the site. Google may use cookies and collect device, browser, approximate location and interaction information to provide these reports. We do not include the details you type into our enquiry form in GA4 events.
You can decline analytics without affecting the site. Use the “Analytics settings” button to change your choice for future visits. If you withdraw consent, tracking already sent cannot be recalled; you can also clear existing browser cookies. See Google’s Privacy Policy for how Google handles data.
Access and service providers
People at CueMatrix involved in responding to your enquiry or delivering your project may need access to relevant details. Hosting, email, communication and lead-management providers used for that purpose may also process those details. Information may also be disclosed where required by applicable law.
How long we keep information
We retain enquiry information for as long as reasonably needed to respond, follow up and maintain relevant business records. Project, payment and contractual records may need to be retained for longer where required for our business or legal obligations. You can contact us to request deletion of enquiry information we no longer need.
Your choices and requests
You can ask us to correct your enquiry details, stop contacting you about an enquiry, or delete information that is no longer needed, subject to applicable record-keeping requirements. We may ask for enough information to verify that the request relates to you.
